Applicant privacy notice

Controller. MyCareforce processes your personal data to assess your application for the role you applied to, based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).

What we collect. Contact details, your CV, an optional LinkedIn URL and your answers in the application chat.

AI processing. We use AI to extract information from your CV and to summarise your answers for our hiring team. AI never makes decisions; every decision is made by a person.

Storage and retention. Data is stored in the EU in private storage and kept for 12 months, then deleted. Only authorised MyCareforce team members can access it.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion or withdraw consent at any time by contacting privacy@mycareforce.co.
